New Year’s Resolutions That Stick
Did you know that 91% of people will not achieve their New Year’s Resolutions based on prior years (Inc. Magazine)? This is one of the reasons it’s challenging for me to embrace the traditional idea of resolutions. Not only does it feel unsustainable, but it can also be a method of postponing changes we could (and probably should) start working on immediately.
