With more than a decade of experience supporting correctional programs and over five years supporting national substance use prevention efforts, Stephanie understands the power of shared leadership, storytelling, and values-based planning to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Her leadership journey includes both local and federal government roles, where she led complex initiatives and drove organizational development in the justice and public health sectors. She is known for quickly assessing needs, designing innovative sessions, and delivering high-quality, results-oriented services.
